Acceptable Use Policy
The apellicamailing.com mail infrastructure is used solely for legitimate communications related to Apellica's insurance-appeal-preparation service. Prohibited:
- Unsolicited bulk email, list-bought cold outreach, or address-harvested sends
- Phishing, impersonation of carriers/providers, or any deceptive sender identity
- Malware, executable attachments, or links to compromised destinations
- Any use that violates U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian CASL, EU GDPR, or other applicable law
- Any use that violates the upstream provider's Acceptable Use Policy
Apellica monitors complaint rates, bounce rates, and engagement signals. Any account-level abuse signal triggers immediate suppression and review.
Terms of Service
Use of the Apellica platform (apellica.com) is subject to the Terms posted at apellica.com/terms. Use of the apellicamailing.com mail infrastructure is part of that service and bound by the same Terms.
Privacy
Patient health information handled by Apellica is treated as confidential. Outbound mail content is generated from patient-submitted material and reviewed by the patient before transmission. Mail server logs are retained for operational and abuse-investigation purposes only.
Unsubscribe
Every outbound message includes an RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe header. Unsubscribed addresses are added to the server-side suppression list within seconds and remain suppressed indefinitely.
